The Curriculum and Instruction Department seeks to research, develop, and implement curriculum changes that increase student achievement within and outside schools and focuses on how students learn and the best ways to educate. Areas of oversight within the department include Teaching and Learning, Student Services, Special Education, Multilingual and Migrant Education Programs, Career Technical Education, Wellness, and Instructional Technology.
